This album is a beautiful musical tribute to the various neighborhoods of the city of Chicago.  Producer Radius uses samples and an MPC to weave elaborate tapestries of sound.  An ear for subtlelty is required here.

Dope beats are what you have here.  But then again what you have is so much more.
